Three things we check first.
None of these are negotiable, and they are the first questions on the call — worth having the answers ready.
- 01A clean driving licence
- 02No criminal record
- 03A National Insurance number

Three roles open on the fleet — multi-drop van, Class 2 and Class 1. Each card carries the stops a day, how the role is paid — salary, day rate or by the hour — and the experience we ask for. The figure itself is set at interview, against the licence you hold.
Open roles
All three run out of the Park Royal base in West London. Every vehicle on the fleet is under five years old, and the operation is live 24/7, 362 days a year.
Class 2 licence
Planned multi-drop routes across London and the Home Counties. Load at the depot, run the drops, capture the signature at every door.
Class 2 · 7.5 tonne
Scheduled routes on a 7.5-tonne electric vehicle. Fewer doors than the van work, longer legs between them.
Class 1 HGV
Class 1 work with multi-drop at the delivery end — the trunk run and then the doors, on the same shift.
Rates are agreed at interview, against the licence you hold and the vehicles you have run. All three roles work out of Park Royal, NW10.
How the work runs
Every role loads at the Park Royal base in West London. Because the operation is live around the clock, shifts sit across days, evenings and overnight — tell us which of them you can cover. Nothing you drive is more than five years old.

What we carry
On contract work the driver is ours, not an invoice line. National Insurance, income tax, holiday pay and sick pay sit with Jump Up.

Applying
No portal and no long form. Email the office or ring it, tell us what you hold and what you have driven, and we pick it up from there.
Email info@jumpuplogistics.com, subject "Driver application", or call 020 4509 9583 — Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Sat 10:00–16:00. List your licence categories, the vehicles you have run, your years on them and the days you can cover.
A face-to-face interview, a licence check and a background check. Clean licence, no criminal record and a National Insurance number are the hard requirements.
CPC training sits alongside the interview and the checks. After that you are assigned a vehicle and a route, with a supervisor on call while you settle in.
