Services

Seven services. One operation.

Time-critical, temperature-controlled and contract work, run by one team out of Park Royal. Same fleet, same drivers, same paperwork on every job.

What we run

Seven services, one fleet.

Every one is booked on the same desk and run out of Park Royal. Pick the one that fits the load, or call and describe the job.

Same-day & next-day

One job, one vehicle, straight through.

Your consignment is the only load on board. It goes from collection to delivery without a depot stop, a consolidation point or a second driver. Evenings, overnights and weekends are normal work here — operations run 24/7, 362 days a year.

  • Dedicated vehicle, direct route, no shared load
  • A call back within 30 minutes of the enquiry, in office hours
  • Motorbike to artic — the vehicle is picked for the load
  • Tracked door to door, electronic POD on arrival

Temperature-controlled

Chilled and frozen, logged three times.

The body is pre-cooled and logged before your goods go on. The driver checks the reading and the condition of the load at each leg. On delivery the reading is written on the note and signed by the receiving site. Drivers carry goods into the store or cold room themselves, so the chain doesn't break at the door.

  • Pre-cooled before loading, logged against the set point
  • Temperature and produce condition checked at every leg
  • Reading recorded on the note and signed at the door
  • Unit failure — back-up vehicle sent, load transferred cold

Contract runs

Your route, our driver, every day.

A vehicle, a driver and the loading kit — trolleys, straps — committed to your schedule. The employment sits with us: National Insurance, income tax, holiday pay and sick pay are ours to carry, not yours to administer.

  • Driver, vehicle and loading equipment supplied together
  • Back-up driver and back-up vehicle held against the run
  • A supervisor on the phone around the clock
  • NI, income tax, holiday and sick pay carried by Jump Up

Pallet distribution

Quarter pallet to oversize, hub to hub.

Freight is wrapped and consolidated at the North West London warehouse, then moved hub to hub for same-day or next-day arrival. You get a committed delivery date before the pallet leaves the building.

  • Quarter, half, full and oversize pallets
  • North West London warehouse for consolidation
  • Shrink-wrapped before it moves

Storage & warehousing

Somewhere for it to wait.

Stock sits at the North West London warehouse between legs — consolidated onto pallets, wrapped, and released onto a run when the delivery date lands. Fulfilment handling is done on the same floor, so goods do not move sites to be picked.

  • Storage between collection and delivery, short or standing
  • Consolidation onto quarter, half, full or oversize pallets
  • Fulfilment handling on site, no second location
  • Released straight onto a contract run or pallet network

Driver hire

Drivers by the day, week or month.

Cover a gap or staff a season. Every driver is interviewed, background-checked, CPC-trained and holds a clean licence. Take the driver on their own, or with the vehicle and the insurance.

  • Class 1 HGV · Class 2 HGV · PCV, coach and minibus
  • Multi-drop van drivers and forklift operators
  • Booked by the day, the week or the month
  • Vehicle and insurance supplied with the driver

International

Out of London, into Europe and beyond.

European road freight moves full pallets and full loads out of West London on the same booking desk as a same-day job. Next-day international parcels go by air, tracked the whole way, signed for electronically at the far end.

  • European road freight — full pallets and full loads
  • Next-day international parcels
  • Tracked end to end, on the same reference
  • Electronic proof of delivery on arrival

Included on every job

Tracked from collection. Signed for at the door.

Tracking and proof of delivery are not an upgrade on one service — they run on all six. Every consignment carries one reference from the first phone call to the signature.

  • Live tracking — GPS on the vehicle, position on request from collection to delivery
  • Electronic POD — signature and time captured on the driver's handheld
  • Temperature on the note — on cold loads the readings sit next to the signature
  • One contact — the same operations desk answers, day or night

How a quote works

Three steps, one phone call.

No portal to register for and no rate card to decode. Tell the desk what is moving and where, and a person quotes it.

Send the route.

Postcodes at both ends, what the load is, roughly what it weighs, whether it needs temperature, and the deadline.

We call back in 30 minutes.

Within office hours you get a price built on the route, the vehicle and the temperature. Outside them, operations answer the phone.

Vehicle assigned and tracked.

The job goes to a named driver, you track it from collection, and the electronic proof of delivery lands once it is signed for.

Ready for the next move.

Tell us the postcodes and the deadline.

One desk covers all six services, so you don't have to work out which one you need before you call. Operations answer day and night.
